Happy Valentine's Day! Some people may think Valentine's day is just an excuse for chocolates and gifts but I personally quite enjoy this day. Although everyday should be a Valentine day as people may say it, but what's the harm of appreciating this day.
I just thought chocolates being a big link to Valentine's Day it'll be a great opportunity to share this little place near my house that I have recently tried.
This is a little cafe that specialise in european hot chocolate and crepes which I found from the internet. So one day Miss Choco ( Mr Syu's Sis - a chocolate fanatic who LOVES anything with chocolate and I think she would replace water with chocolate if you could.) said she felt like crepes for our afternoon tea, so we gave this place a try.
Miss Choco ordered the classic hot chocolate Mug which turned our looking like a soup! I"m not a big chocolate fan and I never understood how she managed to finish 3/4 of it. The hot chocolate was really rich as expected so the chocolate fans out there will appreciate it. They were also many flavours one could choose for their hot chocolate from classic to jaffa, to mint, to chilli, to even meringue.
As for myself, I was still full from my lunch but couldn't miss out on the crepes ordered a Classic Crepe - butter, vanilla sugar and lemon with Vanilla Icecream. I really enjoyed this because the lemon squeezed on the crepe gave it a tangy taste on top of the sweetness, was quite refreshing, I could easily finish one by myself, as it wasn't rich at all.
I think this place would be a great choice when you feel like something sweet for your afternoon tea, and it wasn't packed or busy at all when we went it was around 4ish on a Saturday afternoon possible because of the location. Which is a plus point if you want to just chill and enjoy your cuppa or a coffee or have some D & M session with your close mates.
